Every time I visit a duty-free zone I see a crowd searching for goods in the store. This is because of a widespread myth that duty-free stores sell everything cheaper. They probably can, because they are free of the taxes that govern international trade. But usually this applies to tobacco and alcohol products only. But others items, such as chocolate, jewelry, different gifts almost always have the same price, or even higher.
Myth 2. London is a rainy and befogged city.
This statement is taken on trust by those who have never been in London. Most likely London receives less rain than any other city in the United Kingdom. For example annual precipitation is almost three times less than in Miami. I recommend to do a personal researches if you are going to travel somewhere.
